Special emphasis is placed on loosening-up shoulders and arms, lower back, glutes and  lengthening the IT band on the outer thigh.

Loosening the arms, shoulders and upper and lower back.   These simple, flowing movements will awaken your energy and refresh you.

RISE-2-SHINE No.6 Morning Stretches!

This Rise to Shine Stretch will help you lengthen your muscles and leave your body feeling truly energized. 


In this session we focus on: 

Creating  lower back relief via yoga and yoga-inspired static stretches.  Great for early mornings or anytime you feel tightness in your lower back and glutes.

RISE-2-SHINE No. 7 Morning Stretches!

This Rise to Shine Stretch will help you lengthen your muscles and leave your body feeling truly energized.  


In this session we focus on: 

Relieving neck, shoulder and upper back tension. If you are really feeling tight, feel free to repeat it several times!
